For Donors

If you’ve completed a donation, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email.

Once your Instacart order has been placed, our team will send a screenshot of the completed order for your records.

You can contact support if:

  • You haven’t received your confirmation email within 24 hours
  • You’d like a status update on your order
  • You notice an issue with your payment confirmation

All payments are processed securely through PayPal, and we never store payment data on our site.

For Recipients

If you’ve submitted an application for assistance, we’ll review it within 48–72 hours.

You can contact us to:

  • Change your store preference
  • Ask about your application status
