All applications are reviewed by our team to confirm need, ensure privacy, and make sure every request is genuine.

Who Can Apply?

You may qualify if you meet any of the following conditions:

  • SNAP Recipient: You currently receive or recently lost SNAP benefits.
  • Government Employee: You’re a federal, state, or local employee affected by a government shutdown or delayed pay.
  • Temporary Food Insecurity: You’re facing short-term financial difficulty, such as job loss, reduced hours, or medical expenses.

How It Works

Step 1

Create an Instacart share link with the groceries you need.

Step 2

Complete the form below with your information and proof of need.

Step 3

Once approved, your request will appear anonymously on the site for a donor to fund.

Step 4

After payment is received, our team will coordinate with you to place the Instacart order directly for you.

Step 5

Your groceries are delivered. Safely, privately, and with no direct contact with the donor.

  • SNAP Recipients: Upload a clear photo of your SNAP card or benefits letter.
  • Government Employees: Upload your government ID or recent pay stub showing furlough status.
  • Temporary Food Insecurity: Upload a short letter explaining your situation or proof of hardship (such as a layoff notice or medical bill).

What to expect when you apply

When you submit an application, our team handles every step with care and confidentiality. We’ll review your request, match you with a verified donor, and make sure your groceries are delivered safely and privately.

Verification Process

  • Our team manually reviews every application for authenticity and completeness.
  • You’ll receive an email once your request is approved.
  • Your profile will appear anonymously on the website. No personal information, addresses, or contact details are shared publicly.

After You’re Matched

Once a donor funds your grocery order, our team:

  • Confirms delivery details
  • Places your Instacart order directly
  • Sends you a delivery update


All costs are fully covered by the donor.

Important Notes

  • We never request or handle SNAP benefits. All purchases are voluntary grocery orders funded by donors.
  • All information remains private and secure. Verification documents are deleted after review.
  • Applications are limited to the United States only.
