Step 1: Choose Who to Help
Browse a list of verified, anonymous recipients across the U.S. Each listing shows their total grocery amount and story summary — no personal details, just real people in need of short-term help.
Step 2: Complete Secure Checkout
Pay the full grocery amount plus delivery tip and a small Program Support Fee (3.5% + $4.95), which covers PayPal and administrative costs. You’ll see a clear breakdown before confirming your payment.
Step 3: We Place the Order for You
Our team uses the recipient’s verified Instacart share link to place the order directly. Recipients never see your contact details, and you never have to coordinate delivery times or logistics.
Step 4: Receive Your Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your payment, and a screenshot of the completed Instacart order once it’s fulfilled. Every step is handled with care, transparency, and full privacy for both sides.
